Refund policy

You will need to call and speak with a DrVanos representative to explain the issue with your item and your reason for requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are processed ONLY after the item is recieved at DrVanos and inspected carefully. DrVanos reserves the right to deny a return request. Returns requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving the product.

Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, and received by DrVanos no later than 30 days after sale for a refund. No returns are allowed on custom built products or custom orders. Deposits to hold items are not refundable. Returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is issued.

A 20% restocking fee of the full item purchase price will be charged to all returns not due to our error. If an item (that qualifies for free shipping) is returned we HAVE TO charge for the shipping of that item.

There is no refund for any shipping charge on returned items.
